Description
The sinister Dr. Watt has an evil scheme going—he's kidnapping beautiful young women and turning them into mannequins to sell to local stores. Fortunately for him, Detective Sergeant Bung is on the case, and he doesn't have a clue!

Kenneth Williams is on good form here as the evil "Dr Watt". He has a cunning plan not to turn shop mannequins into beautiful women, but exactly the reverse! His lethal sidekick "Oddbod" (Tom Clegg) is the one that procures his source material and the intrepid "Insp. Bung" (Harry H.
